Our Return Policy

  • Raise a return/replacement request within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
  • Bucketberry will take 4 working days to review your return request.
  • For Product Returns if you request for a reverse pickup service we would charge Rs. 200 for the service.
  • If our reverse pickup service is not available at your location, you would need to self-ship the product via any reliable courier partner.
  • After the product is received, Bucketberry will verify it against the claim and initiate the replacement or refund accordingly. Please note that replacement would depend upon the stock availability.
  • Only Return Requests mailed to support@bucketberry.com will be considered. Please clearly mention your Order ID when requesting a Return or Exchange Request.
  • Return Requests submitted via Facebook, Instagram, or any other medium will not be considered.
  • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
  • Exchange is free.

Under what conditions can I return/ replace my product?

  • Wrong product delivered [UNBOXING VIDEO IS MUST]
  • Size and fitting issue with the product.
  • Damaged product delivered – physical damage/ tampered product or packaging. [UNBOXING VIDEO IS MUST]
  • Incomplete order – missing products [UNBOXING VIDEO IS MUST]

Under what conditions return/ replacement requests will not be accepted?

  • Opened/used/altered products
  • Original packaging (box, labels, etc.) missing
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
  • The return/replacement request is generated after 1 day from the date of delivery
  • Due to the inherently sensitive nature and personal hygiene implications associated with intimate apparel, these items are categorically excluded from our standard return policy to maintain safety and quality standards. Once these items have been distributed, they cannot be restocked or resold in compliance with health regulations, thereby rendering them non-returnable under all circumstances.
  • The damaged/missing product is reported after 1 day from the date of delivery
  • The unboxing video is not available

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

All items must be returned in their original condition.

We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

Once we receive the return and you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied as per the original forms of payment, within 3 working days.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before the product has been shipped. Unfortunately, an order cannot be canceled once the product has been shipped to you. If you wish to cancel your order after having received the product, a refund is possible only if the product is unopened in the same condition as it was received in. Keep in mind, however, that the shipping costs have to be borne by the customer. Your refund will be processed with 2-3 Working days after your product has been received and inspected.
